Hi Everyone, it’s been another busy week this week in Leinster House and around the constituency. Just sharing some of the things myself and the team have been working on –

Spoke to Taoiseach, Micheál Martin directly in the Dáil chamber about hospital waiting lists in Naas General Hospital and other hospitals around the country.

Met with Ministers Pascal Donoghue & Michael McGrath to advocate for better pay and conditions for members of the Defence Forces and more investment in bridges & schools in the constituency.

Spoke in the Dáil about the need for an Independent Airlift Capability for the Defence Forces, raised the Army Ranger Wing Allowance & spoke about the situation in Afghanistan.

The Regional Independent Group launched our Pre-Budget submission focusing on the key areas of regenerating regional towns and villages, housing, health, agriculture & supporting rural businesses.

Had an online meeting with members of the Muiríosa Foundation in Monasterevin and KARE Central Service in Newbridge.

Met with lots of constituents in both the Newbridge & Portarlington constituency offices to work on individual issues of concern for them.
