Progress for Portarlington

Some of the major upcoming plans and key projects we will be working on include the Portarlington Regeneration Strategy which will help to tackle dereliction in the town and restore the town centre, the Flood Relief Scheme which will protect the town from the Barrow river floods, the CCTV project and the Town and Village Renewal Projects.

All of these plans will help to ensure a better future for the town, and help to improve the Town Centre and surrounding areas. As always – we welcome your feedback and ideas through the Public Consultation Process, which will follow in the coming weeks – further details to follow!
