We must acknowledge the hard work of volunteers in Covid-19 testing centres

The staff in testing centres across the country have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic, especially staff in the Punchestown testing centre in Co. Kildare. Many of these workers are unpaid volunteers who give their time to work in the centres, putting their own lives at risk for the benefit of the public.
We must acknowledge the hard work of the volunteers and demonstrate our appreciation in a meaningful way such as providing fuel cards, One4all vouchers or social welfare stamps.
We owe a huge debt of gratitude to the HSE, members of the Defence Forces and Veterans, the National Ambulance Service and all frontline staff who work at the testing centres.
