COVID Pandemic Unemployment Payment
- This new payment is available to all employees and the self-employed who have lost employment due to a downturn in economic activity caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
- This will be paid for a period of 6 weeks at a flat rate payment of €203 per week for jobseekers.
- Fill out the from below and post to FREEPOST PO BOX 12896 Dublin 1.
- If you cannot print out this form, you can request a form to be sent out to you in the post. Thiscan be done by emailing forms@welfare.ie and requesting the form.
- Remember you also need to apply for Jobseekers within 6 weeks to ensure you continue to receive a payment (if applicable) after the emergency payment has finished.
