Kildare ‘HeadsUp’ celebrates the launch of their 21st course
A very uplifting experience this week to celebrate the launch of the 21st course of the Kildare ‘Heads Up’ programme.
Great atmosphere in the Community Development Centre in Kildare Town, particularly so as it’s World Mental Health Day.
These 12-week courses are completely free and available to anyone who feels they may benefit from them. Thank you to Lorna and Hazel, the coordinators of the programme!
