Spoke in the Dáil about the lack of investment in the Defence Budget for 2022. Highlighted the need for the Irish Rail Short Hop Zone to be extended to Newbridge, Kildare Town, Monasterevin & Portarlington to reduce transport costs for students and commuters. Spoke to Bryan Dobson on RTÉ Radio 1 in relation to the Budget Announcements (remote working, travel costs, fuel crisis and the Defence Forces). Volunteered at the ONE Medical Clinic in Dublin for Defence Forces Veterans. Highlighted the need for the Curragh Plains to be given National Park Status following damage to the Gibbet Rath. Met with representatives of the Irish Farmers Association outside Leinster House to discuss issues of concern for them. Met with the Iraqi Ambassador in Leinster House along with members of the Foreign Affairs & Defence Committee. Spoke to Will Faulkner on Midlands 103 about the PUP. Meetings with both Laois & Offaly County Council.
